How to use: To effectively use HyperFix Fading Toner to reduce unwanted hyperpigmentation: Apply to Toning Cloth or cotton pad and wipe over the entire face. Leave damp (which gives the skin hydration) and proceed with a serum or moisturizer for your skin type. For best results, use morning and evening as part of an overall pigment-reducing strategy.
